1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to Credtake (referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Credtake Technologies, with its registered office located at 184, 5th Main Rd, next to Police station, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560011. By accessing our platform, website (credtake.in), dashboard, or utilizing our digital credit score aggregation and bureau compliance evaluation tools, you ("User", "Customer", or "Client") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services or initiate payments for credit information reports, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an Indian citizen or resident individual aged at least 18 years.
• You possess a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department of India.
• All information submitted by you (Name, PAN, Mobile Number, Date of Birth) is authentic, accurate, and belongs to you.
• You have full legal authority to enter into these binding terms.

3. Nature of Services

Credtake provides technology-enabled credit analytics, credit risk assessment, verification, and facilitation of credit report downloads from licensed Credit Information Companies (CICs), including TransUnion CIBIL, Experian India, CRIF High Mark, and Equifax India. Credtake acts as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and lending enablement platform and is not a credit bureau or bank itself.

4. Consent for Credit Information Retrieval (CICRA 2005)

By requesting a CIBIL, CRIF, or Experian report and clicking the consent checkbox on our checkout page, you expressly agree to the following statutory authorization:

This consent is valid for the transaction and shall be deemed equivalent to your written signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.

5. Payment Gateway & Fee Terms

Payment services on Credtake are integrated through secure, RBI-authorized Payment Gateway partners. When you purchase a credit report (e.g. ₹299/- inclusive of applicable taxes):

• Payments may be completed using UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Authorized Digital Wallets.
• Credtake does not store or process sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or bank net banking passwords. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through bank-grade 256-bit encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.
• Upon successful transaction authorization, the fee is non-refundable once the digital credit report has been generated and delivered, except as provided under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Digital Delivery of Reports

All credit reports and verification outcomes are purely digital products. Delivery occurs electronically via real-time on-screen display, downloadable PDF format, or email transmission within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation. No physical shipping is applicable.

7. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All software, website structure, visual designs, logos, text, and analytical dashboards belong to Credtake Technologies. Users agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, duplicate, or misappropriate any content or APIs without express written authorization.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Credit report data is sourced directly from third-party credit information bureaus. While Credtake ensures secure and reliable transmission, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of records maintained by the bureaus. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Credtake's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for that specific transaction.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
